Sustainable Real Estate Fund

Our main focus will be on sustainable resdiential properties, and stock-offices:

  • Clear value adding strategy

  • Location - the Baltic States

  • EUR currency

  • EUR 20m invested in the first year after registration

  • LTV target of 50% (on SPV level)

  • Fund registered as an AIF (alternative investment fund) with the Latvian FSA (FCMC) under the AIFMD regime

Green Energy Fund

Green energy projects in the current global situation is a strong investment opportunity that also allows for fulfiling ESG requirements. Our strategy is to focus on mid-level energy projects of 10 MW to 150 MW. Solar and wind projects are a priority, with already coordinated technical documentation - ready to build:
